InterAccess – new accessibility partner for the Citizens Information Board

The Citizens Information Board is the statutory body which supports the provision of information, advice and advocacy on a broad range of public and social services. It provides comprehensive information on public services and on the entitlements of citizens in Ireland. They gather information from various government departments and agencies, and make sure that you have all the information you need, presented in an easy-to-understand way.

InterAccess has established a partnership with this public sector organisation, to consult with them on how to make the content on their various websites, accessible to users of assistive technology, by auditing and testing this content, and providing feedback and solutions to them, so that the client can give the end user the best possible user experience.

This engagement also includes the Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS)
